  • Assist with spare parts inventory management.
  • Identify value-added service or sales opportunities and communicate them to the Service Manager.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure needs are clearly understood and met.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, including motion systems, tooling, and machine structures, using solid models as references.
  • Support the design, assembly, and debugging of electrical panels and enclosures, including component selection, layout, wiring, and schematic feedback.
  • Fabricate or modify simple components using standard machine shop equipment.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to debug system interactions.
  • Assist with developing, testing, and debugging control software (e.g., Visual Basic.NET, ladder logic, or similar languages).
  • Help specify, assemble, and document pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Support component selection, considering cost, availability, and performance.
  • Prepare clear, accurate documentation for system design, operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Provide progress updates to management and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Travel to vendors or industry conferences as needed for training, information, or product demonstrations.

**The duties and responsibilities as described above may be supplemented by other duties needed to help drive to our organization’s Vision and Core Values.
